Julie has been serving at Carson Springs since 2000 and as the Food Service Director since 2011. She is a graduate of the Rel Maples Institute for Culinary Arts from Walters State Community College and holds a B.B.A. in Business from East Tennessee State University. Her love for cooking began her first summer on staff and inspired her to pursue her culinary education. Carson Springs has been a major influence on her life and her mission to serve others for Christ.
