Our Leadership

Kevin Perrigan

Manager, Carson Springs Baptist Conference Center

Kevin answered God’s call to the ministry in 1985. Christian camping became a time of transformation while he was in college. He served camps near and far but loves being back home in the mountains of East Tennessee at Carson Springs. Kevin sees the camping ministry as a vibrant avenue for discipleship as well as reaching the lost for Christ.  He serves alongside his wife Debra, and their two daughters.

Jimmy Tucker

Manager, Tennessee Baptist Conference Centers

Jimmy joined the Linden Valley staff in December of 2020, by way of Camp Whispering Pines in Citronelle, AL and Pu’u Kahea Conference Center in Waianae, HI, where he served as the Camp Director in both locations.  Before immersing himself in camp ministry, Jimmy served with the Gwinnett County Police Department as a Senior Police Officer.  He enjoys rooting for his favorite sports teams while spending time with family.  He and his wife Ashley married in 2009 and have two children.

Brad Anderson

Assistant Manager, Carson Springs Baptist Conference Center

Growing up Brad always felt like God was calling him to ministry, he just had no idea that God would call him into camp ministry. From day one at camp he knew this is where God had called him. Brad lives near camp with his wife and children.  His favorite bible verse is Luke 9:23 Then he said to them all, “If anyone wants to follow after me, let him deny himself, take up his cross daily, and follow me.”

Steve Clark

Assistant Manager, Tennessee Baptist Conference Centers

What can you say about the staff member everyone loves? The most common question when guests arrive is, “Where’s Tank?” Steve’s (also known as Tank) love for people and desire to serve is evident in all he does. His supervisory responsibilities include grounds, maintenance and housekeeping.
